We have tried to give as many helpful pieces of information through our large FAQ section; which is filled with answers for your common questions, helpful HOW TO info/tips and even a glossary of promotional product imprinting terms. After that, we have placed little HELPER LINKS on various pages at key points where we thought users might have a question like: What is this for? Why is this important? How does this work? or What do I do next? These are easy to recognize. They are small red symbols in the shape of a STOP sign with a ? symbol on them. At any point in time a user can click on these and connect with an explanation of function or usage for that area of the site. All of this is designed to help you quickly right on the site while you are there. No extra steps needed and you can hopefully move forward. However, we also know that even the most perfectly designed web site cannot fully replace the 'human factor.' Some things are just better done person to person. So, we are here and ready to help you.
