Customer will indemnify and save harmless Brymark against any claims, actions and damages and for Brymark’s expenses connected therewith, arising out of reproduction and copying of such pictures or artwork or any parts thereof. Artwork, separations, screens, dies, moulds, plates, embroidery digitizing made by Brymark Promotions Inc. shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Brymark Promotions Inc.
You may print/email portions of the site for the purpose of pursuing an order with Brymark PromoStore.com. Usage of material from this site for any other personal or commercial purpose (including the unauthorized linking of another site to this one) without the written consent of Brymark Promotions Inc. is prohibited. PRODUCT PRICING & AVAILABILITY
We cannot guarantee that particular products shown will always be available when ordered or when the order reaches production at the manufacturing facility. Any discontinuation of item or out of/short stock situations will be communicated immediately to you and either substitute items will be made available for your considerations or an acceptable shipment delay time period established to allow for re-stocking.
Brymark PromoStore.com reserves the right to revise products, services and pricing without any prior notification or warning. However, all Active Saved Quotes will have their pricing honoured for 30 days following their saved date. All pricing is clearly marked as being in either Canadian (CDN) or American (USD) dollars.
