OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

Our promise is simple. We will produce the items you require in the exact way that you require them. That is why we do artwork proofs and order verification forms---to seal this service guarantee with you.

If for any reason you receive something that is not as you agreed to---if things don’t arrive right---let us know, and we will immediately take action to make them right. And what if our courier causes damage to your product? If you let us know about it within 10 days of your shipment’s receipt, you won’t pay for the damaged goods. A refund equal to the purchase value of each item damaged will be given to you within a reasonable time or we will replace these damaged goods at our cost. You agree to assign all rights to pursue courier for such losses to Brymark. Please note that following this 10 day period, we will not be held responsible for any damages arising. We will not be responsible for goods damaged following delivery. And if you absolutely require the delivery of your items by a specific day we can confirm that we won’t leave you empty-handed. If you give us a drop-dead date for delivery at the time of ordering we will immediately establish a guaranteed DELIVERY ON OR BEFORE DATE for your order right at the start. If our regular services cannot meet your delivery we can either offer you the option of using extra Rush courier services or we can immediately refund your full pre-payment amount and close your order without penalties or fees.
